Knee joint distractor
for visualizing the menisci
The knee joint distractor is inserted cranially into the knee joint and pushed past the cruciate ligaments into the caudal compartment. The specially shaped retention hooks into the caudal edge of the tibial plateau after which the lever is bent in a proximal direction.
